We were honoured to welcome Bishop Paul Trairong Multree to the Marist Asia Foundation in Ranong this week.
His visit began with a warm reception from staff and students, including a traditional Burmese dance performed by our students—a symbol of hospitality and gratitude. Bishop Paul toured our classrooms, met with teachers and health staff, and took time to listen to the stories of the teachers and students.
Fr. Arnold presented the various ministries and projects of the Marist Asia Foundation to Bishop Paul and his team. The Bishop expressed his encouragement for the Foundation’s mission of education, health, and interreligious dialogue, and thanked the team for their faithful service to vulnerable communities.
We are grateful for his visit, support, and prayers. His presence reminded us that our work is part of a greater mission of compassion and hope.
