The Child Care programme offers daily care to up to 30 local pre-school aged children (aged 3-5 years), from Monday to Friday.
This programme is designed to assist Burmese migrant families by providing safe, educational care for their children while parents work.
All children are encouraged to participate in integrated learning activities through music, dance, art, and games while the older children also have more structured lessons which focus on basic Thai, Burmese and English.
Other life skills are also emphasised such as
- hygiene (washing hands and brushing teeth) and
- social skills.
The children especially enjoy their music and art activities!
